What working with us looks like
This holds for media buying and for PR alike — in PR, newsroom work replaces the buying and coverage monitoring replaces the evaluation of the buy. None of these phases is original. The difference is that none gets skipped — above all the brief and the evaluation, the two an agency earns nothing on and without which nobody knows whether the campaign got what it paid for.
Seven steps
Inquiry and first call
You describe what the campaign must achieve, for whom and when. A rough budget is enough — the goal and target audience decide which media types make sense and which do not. The call is free and non-binding.
Brief and target audience
We close the campaign goal, the target audience as the media measure it (age, gender, region, income), the period and what is already running elsewhere. That brief is the yardstick for judging both the plan and the result.
The media plan
We propose the mix of media types and outlets, the phasing over time, and the reach and frequency the campaign should achieve. Each line comes with a reason — and so does everything we left out.
Negotiation and buying
The plan goes to the media owners and sales houses. We negotiate price and terms: positions, cancellation, compensation, dates. Once you approve, we book and confirm the orders.
Materials and launch
We track each outlet’s technical specs and deadlines, collect the materials and deliver them on time. A spot that arrives a day after the deadline does not air — which is why this phase matters as much as the buying.
During the campaign
We follow what actually airs and prints, and react to changes: moved programmes, unavailable sites, shifted dates. Deviations are dealt with immediately, not after the end.
Campaign evaluation
Afterwards we compare plan and reality — reach, frequency, times, positions and price. Under-delivery is claimed back, and results are handed over in a form you can build the next campaign on.
