We buy the space. We earn the attention.
We buy television, radio, print and out-of-home, and negotiate more than the rate card says. Alongside that we run PR — newsroom relations, press events, crisis communication. One team, one message, paid and earned media in one plan.

What we buy
Television
The fastest way to reach the whole country. It is traded in rating points — which is where the most is saved or lost.
Radio
The medium of frequency and region. A cheap contact that only works when it is heard often enough on the right station.
Print
Attention the reader chose to give. What decides is the title, the position in the issue and artwork delivered before the deadline.
Out-of-home
Advertising that cannot be skipped. The quality of a campaign is set by which faces are chosen, not by how many.
From the plan to checking what ran
- 01
Media strategy and planning
Splitting the budget across TV, radio, print and out-of-home by target audience and campaign goal — before anything is bought.
- 02
Negotiation and buying
The rate card is only the opening bid. We negotiate terms, book the space and make sure the campaign runs as it was bought.
- 03
Campaign evaluation
Comparing what was bought with what actually aired, printed and went up — and claiming compensation where delivery fell short.
Earned media
Advertising space can be bought. An article in a newsroom, a radio interview or a mention in a report cannot — those can only be earned. We do both and plan them together: the same message, the same timing, one overview of what ran where.
- 17Media relations and press officePress releases, handling journalists’ questions and long-term relationships with newsrooms — so the company is covered accurately, on time and from its own material.
- 18Bylined articles and interviewsBylined articles, commentary and interviews with company people in editorial space — built on expertise, not advertising.
- 19Press events and product launchesPress conferences, one-to-one briefings and product launches — prepared so journalists leave with a story, not just a goodie bag.
- 20Crisis communicationA crisis manual, scenarios and spokesperson training in advance — and fast, truthful communication when something happens.
- 21Influencer relationsLong-term relationships with creators, ambassador partnerships and product seeding — chosen by audience and credibility, not follower count.
- 22Media monitoring and evaluationWhat is said about the company and its competitors, where, in what tone and with which messages — and what it means for the next steps.
Where the price is decided
Half a dozen steps sit between the rate card and the invoice. Some push the price up, others bring it down — and most of them are negotiable. So the gap between a well and a poorly bought campaign is decided not in the rate card, but at the negotiating table.
- 01Rate card
The media owner’s opening position. Few people actually pay it.
- 02Seasonal index
Autumn and the pre-Christmas weeks cost more; summer and January less.
- 03Position and length
Surcharge for the first spot in a break, a length coefficient, placement in a title.
- 04Volume and commitment
Annual volume, packages and channel combinations change the starting terms.
- 05Negotiation
Bonuses, compensation, cancellation windows. This is where tens of percent are won.
- 06Evaluation
Under-delivery is claimed back. You pay for what aired, not what was ordered.
Brands that trust us with budget
A selection of clients of the OMNIA GROUP companies
From practice
A nurse or doctor in the regions chooses an employer mainly by commute. A national campaign would pay for reach among people who will never travel to any of the sites, and a region-by-region campaign would fit no better — a hospital’s or clinic’s catchment ignores regional borders. So the media plan started from a map of the sites and from where people actually travel in from.
Media used to be bought within the group under OMNIA MEDIA — which is where these case studies come from. The people who planned the campaigns are the same.
